e-Centric is a provider of ERP, Software, and Man Power (HR) solutions.
We develop business solutions and custom built applications for our customers
mainly standalone applications, Provide Man power for varied industries in all
verticals.
ECS was started in 2004 as a proprietorship primarily to provide a banner
for freelance projects. Till 2009 it was dormant.
In June 2009 it was incorporated as a private limited company in the state
of Karnataka, Republic of India. We formally started our business on July 16, 2009
from a small room in BTM Layout. For first year our main business was limited
to development of software and web based solutions on turnkey project basis and
maintenance of software, servers, applications and databases. By late 2010
we were serving customers in India, Malaysia and Saudi Arabia.
In October 2010 we started developing our own ERP "TUHUND" as a customizable
product.
In October 2011 we ventured into manpower recruitment to fill in the void.
Though there are tens of thousands of placement consultancies in India, most of them limit
their work to supply of resumes matching the requirements specified by customers. It is
a well known fact that 75% of the candidates passing out from colleges are not employable.
Similarly more than 50% of experienced candidates are also not up to the mark. Selection
of right candidates for the job is therefore, a very difficult task. Generally placement
consultancies flood the employer with resumes with just a couple of good candidates
among thousands. The probability of selecting the best candidates is virtually none.
At ECS we follow a different methodology. We do thorough screening for each
position and forward only the top few candidates to the customer.
At e-Centric, we strive to maximize the profit of our customers.
Our revenue is not generated by exploiting customers, but by leading,
coaching, mentoring, supporting and helping them to generate revenue themselves.
Therefore, more than just contractual work, our business involves long term
relations with our customers and in many cases their customers too.
Our this positioning puts us at an advantageous position where we are able to get
our customers together where we feel two or more customers can benefit each other
mutually.
